  • : One of the lesser known facts about the 44th President of the United State is that he was a lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School. Obama enrolled himself in 1988 at Harvard Law School where became the first black president of the . After graduating from there he became civil rights attorney and professor and taught constitutional law at University of Chicago Law School from 1992-2004.
  • : Stallone is one of the most celebrated action/adventure figures of all times. One thing that most people don’t know is that he used to be as well. At the age of 16 his mother enrolled him at her beauty school as he had scored poorly in school. Stallone after dropping out of beauty school attended the American College of Switzerland where he studied drama and worked as gym teacher.
  • Robert Frost: Besides being a poet Frost had been a teacher, though not continuously, for most of his life. His career as a teacher began when started helping his mother teach a class of unruly boys. He taught English at Prinkerton Academy in Derry, New Hampshire from 1906 to 1911 and later at New Hampshire Normal School in Plymouth, New Hampshire. 1916 Frost began his teaching career at Amherst College in Massachusetts. Later he accepted fellowship teaching post at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1921. However, after a few years he returned to Amherst.
  • J K Rowling: In early 1990s Rowling, after her mother’s death, moved to Portugal. In Porto, Portugal she taught English as a foreign language. She usually taught at night and penned down her world famous Harry Potter book series during the day.
